Who can buy from iqosheetsdubai.ae?

Our delivery team may ask for a valid government issued ID to confirm your age before handing over an order, and an order cannot be completed for anyone under the age of 18.

What products do we sell?

We sell IQOS devices, TEREA and HEETS heated tobacco sticks, and related accessories. All products on this store are tobacco or nicotine related products intended only for adult smokers who already use such products. Product ranges and availability change over time, and a product shown on the site is offered subject to stock.

How do orders and payment work?

When you place an order, we review it, confirm it and then dispatch it for delivery. Payment is made at checkout through the payment options shown there, or on delivery where that option is offered for your order. We may cancel an order if the contact or address details are wrong, if the delivery cannot be completed, or if age cannot be verified. If we cancel your order, we will inform you, and any payment already made for it will be refunded.

What are the delivery terms?

Most Dubai orders arrive within 1 to 3 hours, and orders for other emirates arrive the same day or the next working day. Standard delivery is 30 AED, express delivery is 50 AED, and delivery is free on orders of 300 AED and above. Someone of legal age must be available to receive the order. What is the returns position?

If something is wrong with your order, contact us before sending anything back and keep the product in its original condition. Some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. The full conditions, including which products can and cannot be returned, are set out in our refund policy.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and stock information accurate, but small errors can happen and availability can change during the day.
