We currently deliver to all major cities and emirates across the UAE, including:

Delivery availability may vary depending on your exact location.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible.
Dubai
- Most orders are delivered within 1–3 hours, depending on the order time and delivery location.
- Same-day delivery is available for eligible areas.
Other Emirates
- Orders are generally delivered on the same day or the next working day depending on the destination and order time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
- Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders or promotional campaigns.
- Any applicable delivery fees will be shown before payment is completed.
4. Order Processing

- Orders placed outside business hours or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Include a valid UAE phone number.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
As our products are intended only for adults aged 18 years or older, our delivery team may request a valid government-issued ID to verify age before handing over the order. Orders cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

- Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
- We cannot guarantee modifications once the shipment is in transit.
