Where do we deliver in the UAE?

We deliver to all major cities and emirates across the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Delivery availability can vary slightly depending on your exact location, so if you live in a remote area, message us before ordering and we will confirm.

How fast is delivery?

In Dubai, most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 hours of confirmation, depending on the order time and your location, and same day delivery is available for eligible areas. For other emirates, orders generally arrive the same day or the next working day. Orders are processed during our business hours, and orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or courier issues, and we will keep you informed where possible. If extra verification is needed for an order, dispatch may take a little longer.

What does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is 30 AED and express delivery is 50 AED. Delivery is free on all orders of 300 AED and above. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, delivery updates are shared through our customer support team or our courier partner, where available. If you want an update at any point, message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 375 9583 with your order number and we will check the status for you.

What do I need to receive my order?

Please give a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid UAE phone number, and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Our products are for adults aged 18 and above only, so the delivery team may ask for a valid government issued ID to verify age before handing over the order. Orders cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.

What happens if a delivery attempt fails?

A delivery can fail if the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, the contact information is invalid, or the age verification requirement is not met. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange another delivery attempt or cancel the order. Giving the correct address and phone number when you order avoids almost all failed deliveries.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item or an incomplete order, contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your package through our contact page. Include your order number and clear photos where possible, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, but only before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately after ordering if the address is wrong. Once the shipment is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is usually no longer possible, and our refund policy explains what applies in that case.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes. We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Orders outside Dubai usually arrive the same day or the next working day.
